New Output File

I have a list of names that I need to change format to an output file that
has a "checkmark" field then the name in a three column document. I can
create a single colum report but can't seem to figure out how to get it into
a multi colum format.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
there are several methods to achieve this. One would be to change the column
setting of the report in design view.
Open the report in design view and look under page setup...columns tab
number of columns.
Or look into creating a cross tab query and then base your report on that.
