New Nforce driver doesn't install

Anyone know why?. WXP pro SP1, NIS 2003 disabled during installing.
Starting results within a second or two like nothing happened.

If you're having problems installing the new drivers in XP, run the
installer in compatibility mode (Windows 2000) - it seems to work then for
some reason.
