New Ndis.vxd file needed

Can anyone help me with an updated Ndis.vxd file. I want continue to use 98
along with XP on a new PC with a 2.6GHz CPU and find that I need to use an
updated file which I am unable to locate on Microsoft.

The new file is as follows.

Read the article closely. It says that to get the fix, you have to contact
Microsoft ProductSupport. There is a link to the page where there is a list
of , and telephone numbers to, their PSS centers.....

Hi

Like yourself I also need the "Speed Fix" but am unable to obtain it from
Microsoft as my version of Win98 is OEM and they will NOT help other than to
point me to the OEM. My problem is that the OEM is no longer in business,
which leaves me up a gum tree with out a "Fix" so to speak. If anyone has
the fix PLEASE help me.
