New MSNBC Video and Explorer 6

I am using a desktop with XP-Pro using a DSL line and also a Laptop with
Win2000. I can't view the 'New' MSNBC video on my desktop with XP-Pro, but
I can easily view the video on my Laptop running Win2000? All I see on my
XP, is the MSN Butterfly, saying 'Preparing Media', nothing else after that,
not even the sound bytes. Although I am running ZoneAlarm and Norton on
both the laptop and desktop, I have temporarily turned off both the
ZoneAlarm and Norton, but that didn't help. I have installed the latest
updates on Explorer 6 as available from Microsoft. Any suggestions ?

I've gotten further than that on my Home XP but not much. I get the complete
screen with a lot of active buttons but whatever I click it doesn't do much
of anything. Although it is random. Sometimes it will active the one a
click, other times nothing.
