New menu on my tool lbar

Hi,

I need to creat an insert menu with 3-4 cusmized symbols, I was able to
creat the insert menu with all the symbol in word. Can you help me.

Probably the best option is to save the customized symbols as autocorrect
entries. You can then use tools > customize to add a new menu to the menu
bar, name it what you want eg Symbols, then add the autotext entries to it.

AutoCorrect entries can't be added to an AutoText menu.

Slip of the tongue (or the typing fingers not listening to brain) ;)
I meant save them as autotext entries - the autocorrect entries wouldn't
need a menu :)

I figured. But assigning keyboard shortcuts or making them AutoCorrect
entries would be more efficient, I think.

I agree, but that was not what was asked ;)
In any case, such menu listed autotexts have their uses - I, for example,
have such a toolbar for entering assorted smileys in informal correspondence
from a selection of about a dozen..
