New Menu Item in Access 2007

Hi

Would someone now how to create a new menu in access 2007. I know how to
create one in the previous versions but have no idea and I cannot seem to
find any link that can help me.

What I need to do is create a menu called Utility and add the Print function
to it however it has to be the word print.

Once this has been done how do I get it to attach to a form. As I have
numerous forms, I only want this menu to be shown for a particular one.

If you want to be hip, you should look into providing a Ribbon.
Ribbon elements or sections can be turned on and off in code. For
example we typically provide Print, QuickPrint, Close Preview etc
options when opening a report.

Thanks Tom but i have to do it as a menu as it is for school however they are
still using earlier versions of access but since i have 2007 at home (&
didn't realise that you could not view or do anything with it on earlier
versions) I was not willing to start it from scratch.

How do I go about making a new menu.

Typically menubars created in previous versions are still visible in
A2007. See the help file on "Form.Menubar".
I'm not sure you can still create Menubars in A2007: as I said the
Ribbon has replaced it. You would impress me if I was your teacher if
you had created a ribbon implementation of an A2003-or-before menubar.
You may have to go to school early to work with previous version of
Access to create a menubar. If memory serves, it is done by creating
some named macros. Then set the Form.Menubar property to display it.
Good luck with your school work,
-Tom.
