NEW Install

I just purchased a system including:
Shuttle AV49VN SystemBoard
Intel P4 2.66 GHZ processor
512 MB RAM
80 GB Westeern Digital 7200 RPM 8GB cache
ATI 9600 SE AGP8 Video Adapter

This is a new install and when loading W2K pro I get
multiple errors indicating files, wMaud and tcpip will not
load from the install CD. Then when the install completes
the system will not completely boot and hangs at the
startup screen.

When booting in Safe Mode I see the system hang when
trying to load driver mup.sys.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I would do this:
- Boot the machine with an original Win2000 CD
(not some copy)
- Allow the installation program to format the hard disk
- Complete the installation
