New IE windows won't load

I have a problem in that Internet Explorer 6 on Win98se,
when u click on a link that opens a new window, the new
window opens, but doesn't load, it just stays blank....
Can anybody help me?

None of those fixes worked.Reinstall of windows seems to
be my last option now.

I finelly figured out why our browsers wouldn't work
right! Go to

http://java.com/en/download/help/rpcstub.jsp

and follow all the instructions for your system. IT IS
NOT AS HARD AS THEY MAKE IT SEEM! Please trust me on this
one. They say it may mess up your system on a rare
occasion, but it fixed my problem. Thanks for allowing me
to help you.
