Make and Model of your computer. It helps us when troubleshooting issues
like this.

Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > under Network and Sharing Center
select Connect to a Network -- you should find the wireless network click on
it and continue. I had the same problem you are having until I walked
through this way.
