new hdd is blue ("local drive (e:)")in my computer and windows explorer

just put in new hdd. I have 1 hdd in there partitioned
into 2 drives. the new one is d and it is on the primary
master. the original hdd is from a raid 0. the second
hdd is listed in my computer but the it is in blue (the
actualy text that says "local disk (e:)" and all the
folders under it. anyone know what this means??
