New HD in XP Home Edition

After installing a new HD as master on the secondary IDE, all folders,
programs and even the drive name shows in blue letters in My Computer window
as opposed to the master and slave on primary IDE showing all folder names
and files in black. Is that a sign of trouble?

Files and folders with names in blue are compressed. (That's the default
color for compressed files and folders.)
