New Hardware Wizard appears everytime a device is plugged in

Hi,

I'm having problem where everytime I plugged in a device, the New Hardware
Wizard appear, then followed by the device does not pass the WDM.

Any idea? Because it is getting very annoying.

Which device, and what exactly are the error messages?

It should just be a matter of installing the correct drivers, in order
to fix the problem.
