Hi,
I just completed the installation of a new hard-drive in my computer,
because the old one was failing. I was running Windows ME (C
on the old
hard-drive, and installed XP-home on the new drive (D
. Everything is
working well so far. The Windows XP installation automatically installed a
dual-boot function (ME or XP). Now however, I want to remove the old
hard-drive, and keep just the new one, which will become the C: drive. Is
there anything I need to configure (besides the harddrive jumper) to make
this work? Will the dual-boot functionality automatically recognize the
reconfigured drives.
Thanks,
Larry
