New freeware site

Livewire

I came across this site from a computer mag

http://www.sysinternals.com/

It's full of unusual and slightly (well, very) geeky freeware. Really
worth a look.

The computer mag highlighted a program called Junction, which works on
NTFS file systems and is similar to a Microsoft command-line tool.

If you have two drives, one of which is near-full, you can't just move
program directories to the other drive and get them to work because of
registry keys etc.

Junction lets you. It acts as a re-direct from the original program
directory location to the new location.

And that's just one of dozens of arcane but usseful tools.

No prob.)

I really like that site 'cause they actually do give you the low down of
whats really going on inside your computer.
