New Defender won't install on my processor . What do I do now PLE

I like many others got the message 0x800106ba and on your advice I
uninstalled my old windows defender and then downloaded the new version from
microsoft. It went through all the motions and then at the end came up with
- This installation package is not supported by this processor type, contact
your product vendor. Who would my product vendor be? and where can I obtain
a suitable alternative to windows defender I do not know what to look for.
Meanwhile I am being flooded with rogue emails, to the tune of aboout 35 each
day. I cannot cope with all these and what will happen when I am on holiday
if they are coming through at this rate my system will collapse. NB my
processor is AMD Sempron (tm) 2400+ 1.66 GHz 192MB RAM of which I only
vaguely understand its significance.

Please download and install the 32-bit version of Windows Defender:
