Have a home network running via linksys. Everything worked. My laptop died
so replaced it. Ran configuration and now the laptop sees sytem "b" and
"b"sees "c". In network places only "b&c" show on the respective systems. On
system "a" only "a" shows. When I check the workgroups from "b&c" it shows
all 3 systems in the workgroup. When I click on the "a" system I receive the
message "a is not accessable. You might not have permission etc. The network
pathwas not found." I've set up 3 home networks so this blows my mind. What
am I missing ?

Paul,

Your problem - "I can't see all computers from the others", and "I get access
denied / path not found when trying to access a computer from another" is pretty
common here. There are several different causes though. One would be a
misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, or other security component.
There are several other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your
problem. Read this article with an open mind.

For more immediate help, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer, so we can diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked
articles, and follow instructions precisely (download browstat!):
