NEW COMPUTER: how to move email addresses from OL 03 on XP box to OL 07 on new box?

NEW COMPUTER

I have a new comp running Vista Business. Office 2007 is installed.

I have a backup.pst from OL 03 from the XP computer ready to import.

I used the Office 03 "Save My Settings" wizzer on the XP computer.

But, it appears office 2007 does not have this wizzer.

And, of course, the OL 07 import wizzer assumes an existing installation.

So, How do I move the email accounts from OL 03 to OL 07?

You really don't want to transfer those settings between versions. Configure
your mail profile and link (don't import or overwrite anything) the pst-file
to Outlook by File-> Open-> Outlook Data File.

rules, calendar info,...

Last time I did a transfer the Email accounts did not move with the pst
file.

So what exactly are you trying to move??
Surely your not saying you have (e-mail address removed) through
(e-mail address removed)?

All email accounts.

I dont use Vista so;
The OL2003 mail accounts are stored in the registry, there are third party
apps that will save and restore these settings, whether they work in Vista
is another thing.
You can, within OE on the origonal PC import your Accounts, then Export them
to a file.
Whether in Vista you can then import these settings into Windows Mail to
finally, within OL import these settings I cannot answer but I would assume
Win.Mail has the ability.

I will attempt to OE to import the accounts from OL 03, and then try to
import such into OL 07.

I dont use Vista so;
