New computer how do I make outlook my default E mail? simple pleas

The question says it all.
Its a new computer and I am having to use my Blueyonder E mail its not as
good as my old computer which used out look could you keep it as simple as
possible
 
open your Internet Explorer

under "Tools/Internetoptions/programs" under E-Mail: you must select
"Outlook".
