New Browser Window Size

how do I change the size the a new browser window opens
at. If I open a new window, it comes up as a tiny window
which I then have to resize or maximize-is it possible
for the window to open maximized??
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
