Never Stops running-MS Antispyware

When I try running a full scan with MS Antispyware, it
never completes the scan. I have left it on overnight for
full days at a time and it won't complete the scan. I tried
it in safe mode as well and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Which build are you running? Try doing some scans with alternative
AntiSpyware solutions first then use Microsoft AntiSpyware:
