Netwrok problem after installing SP2

Hi folks,
After installing Windows XP SP2 on my Desktop and my Laptop I have a
problem.

Although I can browse my local Area Network, my laptop cannot access the
internet.

I have checked things like my Zonealarm and also played around with the
Windows Firewalls etc to no avail.

Can anyone assist please?

Run only one firewall. Try enabling the windows firewall, and removing
ZA from add/remove programs. There is a known problem with some
versions of ZA in SP2 that interferes with internet access. If this
works, reinstall an SP2-compatible ZA.
