Networking setup

Chris

I recently upgraded my computer to XP Pro. Setting up my
home network I decided to follow microsofts suggestion of
having the internet connection from the cable modem going
directly into my computer and from the second network into
the hub. Internet sharring works fine but the main
computer with the 2 network cards will not connect to the
network. Help?

Chris-

I have 4 machines on XP Pro on a network. In the internet connection
wizard I select "Connects through another computer or residential gateway"
on ALL 4 machines. I then make sure that XP's firewall is disabled, but
have Norton Internet Security W/Personal Firewall on all 4.

It worked great for me.
