I have been trying to setup a home wireless network. My desktop is connected by wire to a Linksys-G broadband router. When I try to run the Network setup Wizzard I eventually get to the screen that say the wizzard is configuring for home or small office network- please wait. After a short time an error message pops up and the wizzard is stopped. The message states "Spoole subsystem Application has encountered a problem and needs to close

Where do I go from here?

Greetings Doug,

Try stopping the spooler service before you run the Network Wizard.

1. Open the command prompt and type:

"net stop spooler" (without quotes) and Press ENTER.

2. Then run the Network Wizard.

After you are finished, you can restart the service. Type "net start
spooler" at the command prompt.
