I have networked two computers via an Ethernet hub, the 'host' laptop and
'target' desktop system, both running Windows XP Pro. From the target, I
can Map A Network Drive, and then gain access (copy, etc.) to all folders on
the host, except windows and Program Files (where I get access denied).
On Target, Right click on My Computer, Map a Network Drive, Change Different
User Name to a System Administrator account on the host, and still the same
problem. I have tried many different things, but still get access denied
when trying to access the Windows and Program Files folders (but no other
folders).
Any advise?
Thanks!
