Larry

We are tring to use networkdays to find the 91st day
after a start day. The result should be a date not the
number of days. The formula should be able to be entered
in any cell in the speadsheet for the employees
demographic group.

using EXCEL 97 ON WINDOWS XP HOME

Investigate the WORKDAY function if interested in a workday date as result.
 
Check out the WORKDAY() function in the Analysis Toolpak Add-in
(Tools/Add-ins, check the appropriate checkbox).
