Networkdays Leap year 2004

I am coming up with strange results in Excel using the Networkdays calculation. I have a spreadsheet that has utilized the networkdays function for years. Up until 2/28/2004 the following formula has always worked: (NETWORKDAYS(K71,L71,Holidays)-1). The cells referenced in K71 and L71 are valid dates. When I plug in the values of 2/28/2004 into cells K71 and L71 respectively, I get a value of -1. The same result happens if both dates are 2/29/2004. If I use any other date value, keeping the date referenced in K71 and L71 the same, I get a value of 0, INCLUDING 2/28/2000 and 2/29/2000. What's going on? Help!

I forgot to mention that neither 2/28/04 or 2/29/04 are holidays in the holidays range reference. If I remove the holidays reference from the formula, I get the same result.

Hi

The same for 2/24/2001 and 2/25/2001 or 2/26/2000 and 2/27/2000 etc.
