Network, wired

After setting up my Linksys <networkeverywhere, I can see the other computer
in My Network workgroup but i cannot access it, I receive the message , You
might not have permission etc and then "the Network Path not found" This is
on my main computer running windowsXP. My other computer is running windows
98 and on that one the Network Neighborhood only shows that computer not the
XP.
How can I fix this?

I had a similar problem. I had to turn off windox XP Firewall. I was also
running Norton Internet Security and had to change a setting in that
application. You can email Norton for that solution if it applies.

If you have the Windows XP firewall running you will need to configure it to
allow local network access. If you have a third-party firewall running you
may need to uninstall and reinstall it to allow network access if changing
its settings doesn't work.
