Network wide Macro

I am trying to create a macro that will send a message to
all the people that currently have my database open to
tell them to close it. I can create the macro and it
will only show up on my computer. If this is not
possible please let me know. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Mike,

This shortcut to a KnowledgeBase article will sort out all
your problems. You need a pretty good understanding of VBA
& ADO and will need to do a bit of work to convert it to a
function. It is fantastic when wrapped up with a nice
little user interface, so the work is well worth it!

I must admit when I discovered this undocumented feature
in Access 2000 it blew me away completely!
