Network utilization 3-5%

Hi

It seems that i am unable to get more Network utilization than 3-5%.



I just can't get it higher, I do not know all that much about networks and I
must be doing something not right so HELP!.

If you just browse Internet it is normal. Probably you have 100MB/s network
and the highest rate for ADSL access is 3MB/s - exactly 3-5%. For file
transfer between hosts it may be higher 10-20MB/s or 10-20%.
