network Speed improvements

Hello,

I was experimenting on my nework that has a copper gig backbone and my Vista
box has a 10/100 NIC. I was transfering files from Vista to the servers and
noticed that it was slower than XP. Then I saw a lot of posts here and then
decided to look at the NIC. So what I did was I turned off Auto-Negotiation
and used Flow Control and bam what a difference!
