4 computer in one office. Want to set it up so that 3 can access the shares
on the 4th but the 4th can't see the shares on the other three. (The 4th is
remotely accessed and all are in a lawyers office - thus the privacy
concern). All use XP home.
One approach that I read about was to add an additional router. The 4th
computer would hook up to it (call it router 1) and the other 3 would hook
up to a router (call it router 2) that is attached to the WAN port of Router
1. Configure the segments as two independent Networks.
Will this work? Or a software solution is fine
Any suggestions?
