I have 3 computers with Windows XP Pro and fixed IP.
I have a router/hubb that gives me access to the internet.
One of the computers as a MSSQLServer service installed to work with a
program developed by me.
Internet works fine in all computers.
I have no problems in my program in all the computers (all connect without
problems to MSSQLServer).
I can PING the computers by IP Address but cannot ping them by Computer
Name.
File and print sharing are enabled and i have no firewall installed.
I cannot use any resource (files and printers) shared by any computer (not
even use the IP Address).
I constantly have the "... not accessible" message.
What could be the cause of this error?
thanks in advance,
