Network settings

After installing a dlink wireless card in a desktop computer when I few the
network settings thu the control panel the language is no longer in English.
I checked the language settings in the control panel and it is set to
English, all the other dialog boxes are in English. Any idea what may be
going on?

It sounds like you didn't install English drivers. Uninstall the D-Link
drivers and then reinstall them, this time picking English as you language.
