I have the Norton Internet Security 2004 in my computer.
Would it be wise to load other anti-virus, anti-spam
protective programs, such as the WINxp built in Firewall
as added defense?

Don

Greetings --

NIS cannot do anything to prevent your receiving spam, but there's
certainly no need to add additional anti-virus or firewall
applications.

Bruce,
Actually NIS 2004 has spam-fighting software now included:
"Powerful yet easy to use, this award-winning suite now includes advanced
spam-fighting software to filter unwanted mail out of your inbox."

Greetings --

Really? I haven't looked at the newest version. Thanks for the
update.
