Network Routing issue

I have set up a wireless network for a quadriplegic client so he can print.
The wireless network works fine until he uses a Verizon Broadband card to
connect to the Internet. As soon as the Verizon card connects to the
Internet, it takes control of the network routing and any communication with
the wireless network is lost. Even when the Internet is disconnected, the
wireless network will not work unless you reboot the computer. Anyone have
any thoughts?

Hi
Since the card is the Internet source the Routing has to be done at the card
output in the computer that it is installed in. The Routing should be
performed with Windows ICS (which is a software Router),

The computer with the Verizon card needs a wired Network card too, and the
Wireless Router has to be connected into the wired card as an Access Point
to avoid double Routing.

If the above dose not help you have to explain how the rest of the network
is connected together (especially the Wireless).
