network question, help is appreciated

Hello.

I'm using a windows xp pro sp1 system hooked up to a windows 2000
server sp4 through a netgear 516 switch and find a lot of times, I
can't load internet pages and get the page cannot be found error.

Once in a while, refreshing the page works but most often not.

I don't have problems receiving email or messages from newsgroups but
ftp access doesn't work either.

I've captured the information from ipconfig from both the xp system
and the windows 2000 server and will paste them below respectively.

I appreciate any help you might be able to provide with suggestions as
to what to try next.
