Network problem

have optonline.net (cable). After using XOFTSPY spyware, I am losing my
network.
XOFTSPY removing support network file. If somebody has the same problem and
know which file need to be not remove, please let me know. Thanks. Len

Loss of internet/network connectivity is usual, after removing certain spyware. If you're using Windows XP SP2, you can restore the Winsock / network connectivity using a simple command. If not, a third-party tool may be needed.

Repair/Reset Winsock settings:
