Network Printers and User Profiles

I need to know:

There is a bank of network printers installed on the local
administrator profile on a particular workstation. This
workstation is in a commons area, there are a 150 possible
users.

How do I hold all my network printers so they can be used
by all who log into this workstation?

Do I need to create a batch file that runs locally?

Set up a new User such as "Test" or Template" logon as that user setup the
printers you want everyone to have and whatever other settings you wish (i.e
desktop shortcuts). Then logon as the Admin and copy the test profile to the
default user profile. These settings will then be applied to all new
profiles.
