Network Printer setup with Login script

I have a new Windows 2003 server that is almost ready to be put into
production use. I would like information on installing printers to client
workstations using a login script. I do not want to have to go around and
manually (heaven forbid) re-install the printers. All the clients are Win XP
or 2000.
