network password question

Question for my brother. His school has one Entire Network and in that
network is his Specific Group Network PC's are win98 and XP. He would like
to able to set up a password to access his Specific Group Network. Any help

1. This would be a good question for your brother to ask his school's
network admins
2. You can't password protect a workgroup.
3. A lot more info would be needed in order to hazard a guess as to his
setup & what he wants to do
