Network Password Message using VISTA O/S

I have installed Outlook 2007 and continue to receive a Network Password Box
even though it is entered in my e-mail account info. in Outlook.
Under the support document 290684 "Save password setting not retained in
Outlook or Oulook Express" it does not provide a resolution for the VISTA O/S.
Does anyone know how to correct this problem in VISTA?

I am having the same problem. Using Vista Business/Outlook 2007 on new PC.
Can't seem to get past that pop-up for the Network Password. Tried support
online too but couldn't find solution. Tried deleting email account and
reentering a new account, didn't work.
Would appreciated some help from somebody who knows the trick.

Microsoft Support had me add another user on Vista and it works great now.

Read what I just wrote in another post - My FREE Yahoo account wouldn't "POP"
to another program (Outlook 2007) until I paid for the upgraded version Yahoo
"PLUS" account at $19.95/year. If you read the Yahoo help area rules about
email accounts you'll see their explanation. After paying for the upgrade
the email started flowing in Outlook.

Please clarify in more detail what you did?
There are Yahoo "solutions" but I do not use Yahoo.
