network password keeps dissapearing, requiring me to re-enter. Ho.

Most frustrating. I have to re enter the password almost every time I come
back to the computer, even though the "save my password " box is checked.
Any suggestions?
 
Is this a shared network resource? Or your login to the workstation?

Since I do not know your OS version, this may not apply:

If it is a network resource, try going into the control panel > User
Accounts, and under the "Advanced" tab, there is a passwords and .NET
Passports section. Click the "Manage Password" button, select the network
resource, and type in the password. Choose "No" when prompted to update the
password on the domain.

Hopefully it should remeber it from now on...if the password ever changes,
just repeat the process using the new PW.
