I have a user that, when anyone including the domain administrator attempts
to log into her computer, they get the error "Windows cannon connect to the
domain, either because the domain coontroller is down or other unavailable,
or because your computer account was not found. Please try again later. If
this message continues to appear contact your system administrator for
assistance." The server is up, as I'm able to use terminal server to access
it. What can I do to get her logging into her computer (along with the
domain administrator)???

Take the machine off the domain, then rejoin it.

Is there any other way? I don't want to lose the user profile on the
computer if I can help it.

You won't lose the profile, and if you do then it's not too
hard to relink it to the user account.

How do you relink it to the user account? I thought once the computer was
removed/re-added to the domain, it created a new profile?

We'll cross this bridge if and when we have to. Manipulating
profiles is a well-documented process.

Where is the documentation? If I have to do it, I want the documentation
with me when I goin in there.
