Network Issue: Cannot See other Computers

I have 3 computers in my network. After reformatting, i accessed the network
to retrieve files, and my other computers could access mine as well. After
installing more stuff includng windows update my network the next day did not
work

I cant see other workgroup computers, and they cant see me.
how do i fix this problem

im thinking it might be firewall or windows update related?

i am using a wired router.

This is generally caused by a misconfigured or overlooked firewall, but there
are other possibilities.

If no help yet, provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each
computer, as a start. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
