Network Icon doesn't show up !

After upgrading the antivirus product, I find that the network icon doesn't
show up.

I have toggled the button "Show icon in notification area when connected"
but there is no luck.

Your advice is sought.
 
Right click on Desktop and select Properties\Desktop\Customize Desktop and then it is elementary after
 
Try this:
Right click on the taskbar > Properties >On the Taskbar tab, click the
Customize... button > click your network icon under Current items column, if
under Behavior column it shows Always hide, click the drop down arrow and
choose "Hide when inactive" or "Always show" > OK.
