Network Help! file sharing issue, one comp isnt accessible

I just set up file sharing between two computers, My computer can see and
access shared files for both computers, the other can see both computers, but
can only access its own shared file, when he tries to get into mine it says
he doesnt have permission whtas the deal?

This message usually means that the account on the remote computer does not
have the appropriate permissions on the remote computer.
It may also mean that the account that you are trying to use on the remote
computer does not exist or that you did not enter the correct password. XP
by design does not present a separate error messages for these two
possibilities.
