Network has low limited connection

Hi all
I have 5 machines with Windows XP Prof. They are connected through a network
as workgroup. Two of them suddenlly give low limited connection and they are
not getting IP address automatically . When I put Static IP address they are
connected to the network and I can access the files through IP from other
Computers. I tried to uninstall the IP Protocol and Network Driver and
reinstall them but this couldn't help the problem. Please if any one has a
solution for that?

I am having similar problems, however, I cannot even ping other PCs on my
network.
