Network File Sharing

We have an open file sharing over our network in the office.
There are lot of workgroups created that you can see when you go to the
network places.
We have our own workgroup created specifically for our department. (ex. xyz
workgroup composing of 5 users)
How can we set the file sharing that only us (xyz workgroup) can access?
because we don't want other users see or access our data.

You can set the permissions for your share so that only your own
workgroup has access. Right-click the shared folder, click "Sharing
and Security", then click "Permissions".
