Network error Unable to read URL from host g.msn.com: Connection reset by peer

I frequently get one of 2 error messages when using Internet Explorer 6:

1) Error on page

This usually happens when I am on a web page and have entered info and then
click the "Next" button to get to the next page. If I go to another
computer in my office, and enter the same info, I go right to the next page
without any problems.

2) or I get the following error message when I click on a link"

Network error
Unable to read URL from host g.msn.com: Connection reset by peer
I might get this message 5 times in a row when I click on a link, and then
go right to the link without a problem on my 6th try.

I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me on solving these problems.
