Network Drives Select a Program

When I double click to open my network drives on Windows XP Pro, I get
the window to pop up of "Choose the program you want to use to open
this file:".

I can open it normally by right clicking and selecting Open or Explore,
but I want the double-click function to work like the Open function
does. Kind of annoying. Any ideas?

I am having this same exact problem right now with 1 workstation on my
network. I disconnected the drive and restarted to computer. We use a login
script so it put the drive back and it's the same deal. Open with window
apprears.
